A big congratulations to all the whanau from Pirirakau and Ngai Tamawhariua who graduated on 22nd December. Thanks to trainer Krystal Motutere for all her mahi and also Donna Motutere for her organisation as project champion. Also, it was awesome that all Tamawhariua whanau travelled from Katikati each week.

This graduation was the first of many in our partnership with Ngā Mataapuna Oranga Kaupapa Māori Primary Health Organisation (PHO) This partnership includes Te Rūnanga o Ngāi Tamawhariua (Katikati), Pirirākau Hauora Charitable Trust (Te Puna), Te Puna Hauora Ki Uta Ki Tai (Tauranga), Te Manu Toroa Trust (Tauranga), Whaioranga Trust (Welcome Bay), Waitaha Hauoranga Charitable Trust (Te Puke) and Kimioranga Primary Healthcare Services (Ngai Tuhoe) Nga Mataapuna Oranga is one of 33 Whānau Ora collectives in NZ and identified early that many of their whanau wanted to up skill in Digital Literacy and have access to the Internet.
